For all deliveries to European destinations please allow a minimum of 3 – 5 days
All orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri will be will processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Returns
You may return any product bought from our website subject to the following:
- Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition, with all original packing material within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items such as makeup, teeth, eyelashes, socks, stockings, wigs, beards, artificial hair, prosthetics or underwear must be returned unopened and unused with any tamper seals still in place.
- Before returning any items you must contact us to get a Return Number. This number must be included with the returned items along with your name and address. If we receive returned items with no Return Number we will not be able to process the return. Please contact us by email at info@fancydresshero.co.uk .
- When returning items you must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
- Returned goods must be returned in appropriate packaging.

Please note we do not refund return shipping costs.
If any of our goods are delivered to you in a damaged or faulty condition and you return them to us at the above address within 7 working days we will refund or exchange the item at full cost, including the delivery cost and cost of returning the item to us. A Return Number must be obtained before returning any such items.
